Cocktails for Canines Gala hosted by Second City Canine Rescue in Palatine, IL 


 

Cocktails for Canines is Second City Canine Rescue's (SCCR) highly anticipated annual gala, and their most recent fundraising event was held at Avante Banquets & Conference Center in Fox River Grove. This celebration is not only a joyful gathering but also a vital fundraiser, providing approximately one-third of SCCR's annual revenue and playing a critical role in their life-saving efforts for homeless dogs.

SCCR is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, largely volunteer-run, dedicated to rescuing homeless dogs in Chicagoland and extending their efforts to other regions in need. Their mission is to give these dogs a second chance at life, finding them loving homes.
