This is an amazing dealership. The Sales Manager Justin is awesome. I hadn't been there to get an oil change in over a year. I had only been there one other time. Yet Justin knew me and remembered me. Got the best price on my car and trust me, I shopped around. Although I am closer to at least 3-4 other Volvo dealers, this is the place I return!!!

"Adam Crews is amazing!"

This review is specifically for the service center. Adam Crews is amazing! He should get a raise. Best customer service. He is always accommodating and never tries to force unnecessary services when you bring your car in for a specific problem. I've worked with him on five separate occasions and I would give each 5 stars. Their service isn't especially fast, but they get the job done. Loaner vehicles have also been provided when necessary. Great location!

"Truly Excellent Agnes"

I recently ordered and purchased a new BMW from Patrick BMW and I had a truly excellent experience. My sales advisor (Agnes) listened to all my needs and we selected the right vehicle with the right options that best suited my needs.

Agnes was very knowledgeable and was very responsive to all my questions - she would reply even on Sunday!! She also is a BMW enthusiast and showed me a 4 series ZHP while I was there - not many sales people would be able to appreciate the significance. The car was delivered within 2 weeks of order date and Agnes kept me apprised all along the way. 

The service departments installed MPPK the day my car was delivered and it went without a hitch. When I came to pick up the car I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. They really valued my time and provided me with everything I asked for.

This is my 3rd BMW but first from Patrick and I can honestly say that their customer service reputation holds true. I can't imagine going anywhere else and would highly recommend them if you're in the market for a BMW.

"Couldn't be Happier"

I couldn't be any happier with my purchase at Patrick Hyundai, which was made roughly 10 months ago. Even after the purchase, the salesman Alex Baszaral continues to serve as a helpful contact at the dealership. Every time I come in for service, I am always treated like a valued customer by him. The sales process was efficient and smooth as possible, and I did not feel intimidated in any way.

The car I bought may have been used, but the Patrick team did a terrific job in making the experience seem like a new car purchase. My car was certified and delivered to me as close to new as possible! I strongly suggest making your next purchase at this dealership and am sure you will be very happy with your next purchase!
