The Patrick Dealer Group is now accepting applications for a full time BMW Red Star Driver to join our service department. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers when they drive into the service department. 
  • Safely drive customer and loan car vehicles into the service lot. 
  • Quickly respond to cashier requests to bring customers cars to the service department. 
  • The ability to work in a variety of weather conditions including rain, extreme heat and cold. 
  • Drive the customer shuttle if requested. 
  • Run errands for service department as needed. 
  • Ensure prompt clocking in/out when you leave and when you return to dealership. 
  • Responsible for communicating need of equipment and/or supplies. 
  • Responsible for wash log notebook. 
  • Every evening you will pull the current day's log and add to wash log notebook in Service manager's office.
  • Valets vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls and parking lot as needed
  • Drives customers to their homes or places of business and picks them up after their vehicle is repaired
  • Uses good judgment and safe driving skills
  • Keeps a timely shuttle route
  • Assists passengers getting in and out of vehicles
  • Operates radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service
  • Keeps a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point
  • Notifies dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance
  • Maintains a professional appearance
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor
Qualifications:
  • Must be a team player and communicate well with other.
  • Must possess a Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Able to work outside.
  • Able to deliver consistent strong performance 
  • Ability to drive a manual (stick shift) automobile.
  • Must meet company's requirements for employment
  • Professional appearance
