The Patrick Dealer Group is seeking Product Specialists with the drive and determination to succeed, as well as the ability to meet customer needs. Our Product Specialist(s) are responsible for delivering comprehensive product information throughout the sales process. Our dealership(s) are seeking individuals with creativity to provide "world class" customer oriented support. We will provide everything else; including the most professional sales training that is available.
The right individual will be a self-starter, with a track record of success in delivering customer satisfaction while maintaining attention to detail. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive product information throughout the sales process incl. product
- presentation, test drive, delivery/handover and product customer service after the purchase.
- Supports sales person in product related tasks and activities.
- Provides extensive and customer oriented product experience and explains complex product features based on customers' actual needs.
- Provides transparent product information to MINI Genius community, and sales representatives.
- Improves the quality of the sales process and customer satisfaction
- Fully explains vehicle features, application and benefits
- Maintains constant communication with the designated sales personnel at the dealership on vehicle delivery and any scheduling changes.
- Arrives to scheduled appointments in a timely manner and maintains communication with clients regarding any changes to scheduled time.
- Acquires and maintains total product knowledge on all vehicles and understands competitors' vehicle features, benefits and perhaps shortcomings.
- Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to clients.
- Achieves client satisfaction objectives as assigned by management and follows up with new
- owners to ensure delivery satisfaction,
- Maintains high ethical standards in all actions and maintains a professional appearance at all times.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates passion for MINI brand and products
- Confident in using new media (tablets, social media, etc)
- Assist in other areas of the Sales department and performs other administrative duties, as assigned.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned and/or required by business need.

- A general understanding of non-technical automotive areas including selling/leasing and
- financing.
- Demonstrated knowledge of motor vehicle construction and mechanical function.
- Enthusiasm for all things automotive, and MINI in particular.
- Demonstrated knowledge of MINI vehicles, brand and history.
- Willingness to increase knowledge in order to ensure customer satisfaction and owner loyalty, and using skills to carry out company policies and build customer loyalty.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education, training and/or state/national certifications should clearly demonstrate the possession of the knowledge and skills stated above.
- College preferred
- Driver's license required
EXPERIENCE
- 1 year in an upscale, retail environment preferred

Full Time & Part Time Positions Available
