Payroll Position

The Patrick Dealer Group is now accepting applications for a full time Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll Department. 

Job Responsibilities:

Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll using Paylocity for up to 400 union and non-union employees  hourly and commission paid employees

• Employment Verifications

• Monitor PTO (paid time off) policy

• Maintain Employee Files

• Knowledge of Union Paid Employees

• Calculate/enter/confirm deductions for benefits

• Reconciling and Paying Union and Employee Benefit Invoices

• Knowledge of Workers Compensation and 401(K) Plans

• Run reports for departments throughout the organization using Paylocity

• Process unemployment notices

• Monitor tax notices

• Miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Payroll

• Knowledge of Paylocity

• Highly effective organizational, verbal, and written skills 

• Advance Excel, Word and Outlook

• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects

• Capable of working independently with minimal direction
