Service Porter

The Patrick Dealer Group is now accepting applications for a luxury line service porter to join our Patrick BMW and Patrick Cadillac team in Schaumburg as well as Jaguar/Land Rover team in Naperville, IL.  

The right candidate will be working for the Service Department Manager  with responsibilities that include (but are not limited to) greeting service customers and controlling the flow of vehicles in and out of service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Front line position greeting service customers as they come in for service
• You will their tag keys
• Install protective coverings in customers vehicles
• Park vehicles
• Keep service drive clear
• Run Cars through car wash
• Always being mindful of overall service guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Illinois driver license
• Acceptable driving record
• Neat professional appearance
• Good customer service skills
• Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of shift
• Must be able to use time management
• Must be able to multi task
