You will become an expert who will be specially trained to demonstrate and help our customers get familiar with all aspects of their BMW - before, during, and after purchase. Some experience helpful. Reports To: BMW Sales and Service Manager(s)

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Highly motivated with strong enthusiasm for the BMW brand as well as an affinity for technology, you will enjoy going the extra mile for your customers
  • You will be a product expert who enjoys learning about the newest advances in technology
  • To complement your extraordinary product knowledge, you will also possess the people skills necessary to be able to communicate in non-technical terms with customers who may have very little technical knowledge
  • With your strong interpersonal skills and your confident manner you will create a positive experience for your customers when visiting the dealership
  • Schedule complimentary BMW Encore appointments
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with owners and prospective buyers
  • Use ADP CRM to ensure an owner follow-up system that encourages prospecting, repeat and referral business.
  • Keep a daily log of appointments and communicate with management
  • Handle minor customer complaints and misunderstandings
  • Maintain current information regarding vehicle products, accessories and equipment changes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Previous automotive experience a plus
  • Customer Service experience (preferred)
  • Must be dependable and be able to adhere to schedule
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to read and understand directions.
  • Valid in-state driver's license.

 Compensation

Compensation is negotiable based on experience with guaranteed salary. This is a full time position with benefits.
