Patrick Dealer earns the coveted GOLD badge Top Workplaces in Chicago!

In April 2022, Patrick Dealer Group employees were asked to take an anonymous Workplace Survey sent by Energage to provide honest feedback to help our group address areas we can improve. 

For organizations with 85 or fewer employees, a minimum of 30 responders is needed to qualify. If there are 86 or more employees, the minimum required changes to a 35% response rate to qualify for the Top Workplace Award.

Patrick Dealer Group's employment rate was 50.6%. Employees gave the top score in "Development" (my manager helps me learn and grow), with the bottom score being "Clued in Employees" (I feel well-informed about important decisions at Patrick Dealer Group).  Based entirely on the employee feedback captured with the Workplace Survey, our Top Workplaces win proves that Patrick Dealer Group puts its people first. 

On November 3, 2022, the Chicago Tribune held its 13th Annual Workplaces Awards Ceremony announcing the 2022 winners. On November 4, 2022, the winners were also publicized in the Chicago Tribune Top Workplaces Magazine, distributed to 125,000 households throughout Chicagoland. The well-recognized publication reaches human resource professionals and decision-makers at large and small companies throughout the area. The average readership in the weekday Chicago Tribune Newspaper is about Million readers, while readership on Sundays is about 1.7 million.
