The position of Automotive Finance Manager Assistant consists of ensuring production of revenue for the dealership through our sales of finance and insurance programs to new and used car and truck customers is completed as per the instructions of the finance manager(s).

Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist with the completion of sold vehicles paperwork. Ensure that all documents required         for the sale are included based on the type of sale (cash, finance, lease).
• Maybe be required to contact financial sources to coordinate approval from financial         sources and factory credit divisions.
• Maintain all sold files.
• Ensure correct title, lien information, taxes etc., on all transactions are complete.
• Assist with overseeing collection of finance and insurance fees.
• Work closely with the general office personnel.
Qualifications
• High school diploma.
• Ability to read and understand directions.
• Understanding of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Familiarity with dealership computer system.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.

Must be able to use ADP Desking, ADP Drive and other software systems as needed.

Working Conditions
Required to work in office environment at a desk, primarily at a video display terminal. Will be trained to use required dealership computer systems.
