The Patrick Dealer Group is now accepting applications for a Service Appointment Coordinator to handle service telephone appointments at our Hyundai location in Schaumburg, IL.

Job Summary:
You will provide a professional, friendly impression to dealership service customers and visitors, by coordinating service appointments telephone messages and calls in a professional and efficient manner.  You will also perform clerical duties to support the operation of daily business as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Respond quickly to customer phone calls, internet leads through online scheduling, and live chat inquiries
  • Listen to the customer, answer their questions, and direct customers appropriately as they request.
  • Advise customers on parts order arrivals, warranty coverage, maintenance reminders/notifications, previous repair recommendations, and open safety recalls
  • Schedule appointments and update customer/vehicle information inside designated software program
  • Provide a process that's fast, fair and easy for customers
  • Monitor CRM for follow up's and tasks

Required Experience/Qualifications:

  • Experience with multi-line phones, direct and screen calls, take and relay message
  • Ability to multi-task in a sometimes high-stress, demanding environment
  • Maintain common areas with required office supplies as appropriate.
  • Strong organizational skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be reliable
