Sales
Position consists of selling vehicles consistent with requirements of dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction. Responsible for ascertaining each customer's needs through appropriate questions. Demonstrate functions of vehicles, including test drives. Responsible for delivering vehicles to customers and ensuring the customer understands the vehicle's features, warranty and transactional documents. Must manage prospect and owner follow up using company lead management software system. Must attend sales meetings, develop a prospect plan and report to manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses. Maintain current information regarding vehicle products, accessories and equipment changes.
Two years sales experience preferred.
Internet Sales
Position consists of selling vehicles using relationships established between dealership and third party lead providers in addition to leads from company website. Responsible for ascertaining each customer's needs through appropriate questions. Timely follow up and ability to handle 200+ leads per month. Sales must be compliant with the requirements of dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction. Demonstrate functions of vehicles, including test drives. Responsible for delivering vehicles to customers and ensuring the customer understands the vehicle's features, warranty and transactional documents. Maintain current information regarding vehicle products, accessories and equipment changes. Must manage prospect and owner follow up using company lead management software system. Must attend sales meetings, develop a prospect plan and report to manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analyses. Responsible for keeping abreast of industry technology and systems relating to Internet sales opportunities.
Two years Internet sales experience preferred.
